Description
“La mia dieta by Nutribook” is a companion app for the well‑known nutrition platform Nutribook, a market leader among nutrition professionals in Italy. Its purpose is to give patients something that can support them day by day throughout their nutritional journey.
Process
Goals
The goal was as simple as it was complex: designing a great interface and user experience for an app in which users actually have relatively few interaction flows. After an initial round of research with the client, we gathered the requirements and the style they wanted, then moved on to the wireframes.
UI
After many iterations of moodboards with the client, we chose the main color of the app by blending several shades of orange and copper into a gradient, then tying everything together with a subtle noise texture that makes the interface feel more cohesive.
Feedback
After launch, feedback from nutritionists and patients came in quickly. We refined certain aspects to improve the experience. The app is now widely used by nutritionists and patients to follow their diets.
